While Amazon has trained us to expect “free shipping,” shipping is never free. #boo

As a small business, we may offer free shipping during special offers or with bulk orders.

We are always ensuring that our shipping costs remain as low as possible and pass any savings on to our customers.

Since Covid, shipping costs have increased and this really hits small businesses so thank you in advance for your understanding and support. 

When Will My Order Ship?

We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday. 

If your order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday. 

If your order is placed on a Monday or Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday. 

If your order is placed on a Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, it will ship on Saturday. 

Any exceptions, including holiday hours, will be posted on our order checkout page so you can receive updated information. 

As a small business, we strive to maintain a healthy work/life balance. Our office is closed for 10 days every summer and from December 22 through January 3 so we can focus on our family and friends during holidays and a summer break. Our closures will be clearly posted on our website during those times.

How Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped via USPS via First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All packages are shipped from Ogden, Utah and shipments may take 5+ days to reach the East Coast. 

We’ve noticed that packages can sometimes be delivered to Australia faster than packages to Canada, even though Canada is our neighbor. Sometimes shipping times are truly baffling, which is why we provide you with tracking information via email. 

Help, I am missing my shipment and can’t find my tracking number:

When you place your order, you will receive two emails. The first is your order confirmation number. The second is your tracking number. Make sure you look for the second email for the tracking number.

If you are missing both emails, then chances are there was a typo when entering your email address. Either way, we’re happy to help. Simply email [email protected] with your name, address, and order date and we’ll look up your order and tracking number for you. 

How do I get free shipping?

We may occasionally offer free shipping so watch our Instagram and newsletter for announcements.

PO BOX or APO/FPO addresses

Orders shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses must be sent via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail.

International Shipments:

International shipping is a fun roulette game of, “Will they have to pay duty fees or will they not?”

We are not responsible for duty fees, customs tariffs, or charges that your country imposes on your package and we can’t determine what those fees are in advance. All fees are your responsibility. 

Packages returned to us due to unpaid fees will not be refunded. Items may be reshipped once the duplicate shipping charges have been paid.
